PHI offers a complete "H" Beam Fabrication Line. In additional to the main welder,
the line includes:

SEAM WELDER: Joins separate web sections with a 100% welded seam. Economies result from fabricating a long web from short sections. Equipment includes alignment fixture and welding equipment.

TACKING FIXTURE: A fixture for aligning web and flanges at the leading edge of the beam. Tack welds are then made manually with a portable welder (not included).

CONVEYOR SECTIONS: Powered or idler sections are designed for handling material at the input and output from:
